I’m overwhelmed
I don’t eat until my partner comes home because I don’t even think about it.
I fight the urge to do early bedtime because I want to be done
Even when I get a break I stress about my daughter. I have postpartum anxiety and ocd
I don’t know what to do, my partner doesn’t have set hours so I’m typically do everything and she down before he even clocks off.

Hey momma 💕 it sounds like your sweet baby is getting so much love and attention from you and good job for that, but you also need to slow down and prioritize your health. One of my favorite tricks for getting a second to eat is to eat on the floor with your baby. Does she ever spend time in a swing or bouncer? Do you have any other family nearby that can just come over and hang out with you? I find that just a conversation with an adult helps me relax. You could also try taking prenatals to help with the minerals and vitamins you're missing during this rough patch. Do you have a video baby monitor so you can see your sweetie when you need to leave the room? This helped my PPA whenever I needed to just pop put of the room to make a quick sandwich or use the bathroom.
