Rash help

Y’all I need HELP. My baby girl has never really gotten rashes and then like just a few days ago she’s started rashing and it won’t go away. I was using Matt’s all purpose ointment forever but just got hurts bees diaper cream today. I’m desperate. I don’t know what’s going on or why she’s getting a rash but it’s hurting her so much. She just had three molars come through but it didn’t start until after they all came through.
I use pampers cruisers during the day and have been since July but we only just switched to pampers overnights from Huggies overnights. Could this be why?

I think switching the diapers could be possible but it would be worth looking at the ingredients from the new night time pampers to the day time diapers. It is also possible she broke out in a rash from the teething but I doubt that it is likely. Where is the rash exactly like specific areas or all over? Best to use only Aveeno sensitive skin cream and the body wash for her with oats in the bath. Bring her to pediatrician too

If it won’t go away for a bit or with changing some things or being done, teething, then it may be yeast and you need to get just some over-the-counter athletes foot cream and mix it with butt cream🤍

We've done oatmeal baths to help when she was having a reaction to dairy. Also, my best friend swears by baking soda in the bath. Triple paste at night also helped us. We also go to the point of only using a wipe if she pooped. Hope it clears up soon!

Get sudocream it can’t be bought from Walmart online or frebes.com it’s the best for any kind of skin rash and originated in Europe. One of my daughters daycare class mates told me about it she is from Europe

My son can wear Huggies but pampers caused a rash. Never had it again once we stopped using pampers.

We also use pipette rash and it’s worked every time.

It's not a traditional baby diaper rash ointment but was recommended by my pediatrician and it works great!
