Any advice is welcome they are suffering bad with reflux at the minute after feeds they’re on omeprazole but still very unsettled after feeds like they’re still in pain.

Congratulations they are so gorgeous! My little one is also suffering with reflux, we went to an osteopath and started her on a probiotic (opti bac) and it seems fo be helping so far! If they have been on antibiotics (mine had a 5day course after birth) it will have killed all the good and bad bacteria in their gut so a probiotic helps to restore the good bacteria. Hope it gets better soon, nothing worse than seeing them in discomfort 😢
