Dizzy/spacey

So I’m 7 months PP from second baby.
I’ve had bladder issues since (still ongoing) and at the beginning of dealing with it I kept having achey calves, dizziness and pins and needles in my feet.
I did tell Drs at the time but they didn’t think it was really related and a physio checked me to make sure nothing serious and it sort of got less and less as time went on but it’s back and the dizziness isn’t full on as if I’m going to faint it’s more so that I feel spacey/out of my own brain and my eyes are struggling to focus/keep up. I feel tired a lot but who isn’t who has kids 😅
My GP checked if it was vertigo which I knew it wasn’t as Ive had that before and it feels different. Dr said to get a blood test as I have under active thyroid that I take medication for but I’ve not been the best at taking it recently as I’m so busy with both kids. And they’re checking for anemia and other deficiencies too although that’s not until the end of the month. I’m having an eye test too this week as I know my eyes aren’t great but i just feel like it’s not that but Dr recommended it.
I’m honestly not sure what else it could be but me being quite an anxious person always thinks of the worst.

Did you ever get to the bottom of this because this is exactly what I am going through

I had a full blood count, thyroid check and that all came back normal. I even had a private MRI done of my head and inner ear because it got so bad and my GP said the waiting times are so long and just kept giving me tablets to try.
Everything was clear and even did a health check on my eyes. All fine, although I dont have the best vision but I knew that.
It’s actually got better but I still get moments so I’m not entirely sure what it was. I’m under a lot of stress so could well be that but I’d say just go to your GP and get them to do tests.
I know the symptoms can be similar to low iron as my mum had that
