Best vanilla extract for babies

I have found some alcohol-free vanilla extract but then it contains sugar…does anyone know of any vanilla extract that’s alcohol and sugar free? Thanks

I have just bought the vanila pods.. I am squeezing some into whatever I cook

thanks how much do you put in?

I made my 10month old muffins and I put like 5cm of vanilla pod finely chopped. Doesn't seem as strong as the extract.. next time I might add some more.
