Induction experience

I was induced at 41 weeks 2 days ago and I honestly had a really good experience. I had medication inserted near my cervix at about midnight, I was 1cm dilated from the start. By around 6am a had progressed very quickly to 4cm and needed an epidural for the pain. I honestly believe if I didn’t get an epidural I would have delivered probably within that hour or so but my contractions slowed down afterwards, thank god! I took a nap and woke up at noon my DR told me I was dilated to 9cm… I just rested until I felt the urge to push. I ultimately pushed 3 times and baby was here at 3pm 🥰🥰. No stitches or tears. Baby girl was almost 8lbs.

This was very very similar to my experience! Congrats mama🥰

I have had two good induction. One i had after getting the Ballon and getting to 4 cm. And one because I wasn't starting labor after being 5 cm and have a membrane sweep and my water broken and not having contractions.
