I recommend an unscented beef tallow with an eczema blend. I use it on my son when he had skin irritation.

My baby has something that looks like that. I’m not sure if it’s the same thing. My doctor said it’s baby eczema at first but when I went in for our appointment we figured out it’s her drool causing it. Where ever her saliva goes it starts as a rash then goes to this. She said it will eventually clears up. But I’ve been making soap out my breast milk and using tubby todds unscented body wash it’s been helping a lot.

If you're breastfeeding, try putting a little milk on it. The vitamins and nutrients in breast milk has many useful properties. I've seen it clear up rashes in my little one within an hour or so.
