Is it just me or other expected mums can’t sleep? I’m 38 weeks + 3 and literally stay awake all night! I feel like my body can’t relax and wants to stay awake all the time. I’m absolutely shattered. Any ideas as to how I can try to get some sleep? Xx

I feel like I could have written this post 😅 I’ve been kinda dreading night time rolling round this last week or so because I worry I’ll just lie awake desperately needing sleep.
I don’t have any advice sadly but just wanted to comment to say you’re not alone! Xx

A nice bath then aromatherapy in your room might help you to relax and have some good sleep xx

This!! I feel exhausted throughout the day then as soon as bed time hits… BAM, I’m wide awake. I literally just lie there for hours 😩 x
