I didn’t know about that so googled and it seems it’s safe in moderation

I’ve literally never even heard of that, you’ll be fine. I just looked it up and the levels of oxalic acid is next to nothing when cooked.

Wait…. we’re not allowed to eat it while pregnant 😬

Never heard of not eating rhubarb....surely it would be ok if cooked?

Is this actually a thing? I know noone should eat rhubarb leaves...

I’m in the UK and I always went by the NHS website when finding out what I could and couldn’t eat, rhubarb isn’t listed as a food to avoid 😊 I don’t know whether there’s any reason it would be different in Australia? 🤷♀️

I have never heard of this ever, it’s also not on this list?

I mean I had apple and rhubarb crumble a few weeks ago. Also had other things you’re not supposed to have.

Totally safe (and a great choice). Yum. Seriously, please don't worry at all!!
For anyone reading this who might be curious/concerned for themselves.
I had bad cramps that lasted about an hour and diarreah immediately after that lasted 5 hours.
It's the next day and everything seems to be okay now. Needless to say, the rest of the rhubarb and apple crumble goes to my husband!😪 it was so delicious though

You poor thing! Hopefully you’re feeling better now
