My son is 7 weeks old and currently on cow and gate but suffers terrible constipation. Tried aptamil when he was first born which didn’t agree with him either.
I want to change to Kendamil as heard it’s the best and made fresh in the UK, my question is can I just swap milks or do I need to gradually introduce the new formula with his current one? 😕 don’t want to upset his belly

Just a warning with kendamil there is a huge shortage of it at the moment so be prepared to not be able to get hold of it.
Have you tried the comfort version as its supposed to be good for constipation X
doesn’t seem to be where I live? Shops have tons of it! Is it a shortage for the 2nd one? First infant seems fine , I’ve tried the comfort too no change x

It's the first stage one. Just make sure you buy a lot of it to keep you stocked up. Keep the receipt and you can always take it back if it doesn't agree with him.
We have the opposite problem of reflux so have found the reflux and regurgitation one has really helped! It helped straight away but took about a week to have the full effect.
Have a look at Gripe water too to try and get his tummy muscles to relax x

Also try have his milk slightly warmer. We had colic issues but setting the bottle warmer to 40degrees rather than 38 makes it so much better x
