Metanium equivalent?
Just heard that the yellow Metanium nappy rash cream is being discontinued š£ what is a good replacement for when baby has a bad nappy rash? We use sudocream for when the baby is a bit red and I donāt think Bepanthen cream is very useful.

Unfortunately I canāt find it for love or money (wellā¦I found one seller on Amazon but I refuse to pay Ā£15 for one š)
They do the barrier cream from metanium which is still as good
Donāt quote me on this but theyāve changed the packaging š¤·š»āāļø. Itās not in purple packaging.

thatās so annoying. We have the both the yellow and purple one..and the purple one is not a replacement for the yellow one for when it gets really bad..
agreed! They didnāt really reply with solid answers. So itās not being discontinued but is indefinitely not being manufactured. AND
They just tried to upsell the purple one as an alternative!
Iām going to have a google and see if other creams have those ingredients.
good shout! I did find (and brought) the last three tubes in the local Waitrose yesterday so might be worth you going around local shops to see what they have.
