Egg ladder (UK)

Hi, does anyone know if step 2 of the egg ladder (quorn) counts as it’s only egg white in the products that I can see rather than the whole egg. Thanks

I thought it did because it's not baked? I could be wrong though

sorry I’ve only just seen this! I’ve got quorn nuggets they contain egg white (as opposed to the whole egg?). Every quorn product I have seen only has the egg white too. I’m confused!
