So I had a c section 5 months ago, and I got a belly, like it folds due to my pregnancy. It never used to get sweaty or have a smell but now it’s doing that. It’s making me really self conscious. Please tell me it’s happened to someone else or you’ve experienced something similar.
Don’t get me wrong, my babes is the greatest blessing I’ve gotten, but my body changed so much that I’m finding it really hard to love myself💔 I’ve distanced myself from my partner bc I feel so icky in my own body. I don’t have time to shower as much as I used to, don’t have much time for self care. I barely eat and what I do eat it’s usually junk food. I used to eat proper meals that weren’t so bad.
I’ve lost weight but also gained it in the wrong places.
The only good thing is I got a small booty apparently. I used to be flat. Like flatter than a damn door. Now this bish jiggle. Like I got a bum.
But anyways, how did yall deal with this if you did and the tummy thing.

I feel this! I don’t even recognize myself.. I am only 2 months postpartum and I know I should be patient with myself but easier said than done. None of my pre pregnant clothes fit and I am still stuck wearing my maternity clothes. I have been shopping 3 times and left every time empty handed and am so discouraged. I am trying to grieve my ‘hot girl body’ and celebrate my new ‘grown woman body’ at the same time. Also soooo much smellier than I used to be. No advice on how to deal just a bit of solidarity 🫡

Same, doctor recommended I use Dial soap, I wipe it down with it twice a day and smell is gone. Give it a shot. Working on my jiggle, totally understand.

can you please recommend some exercises for the jiggle?

oh I’ve just started my journey. I’m almost 2 months pp. currently taking it easy doing yoga and walking everyday. Waiting for the 3 month mark before I actually go to the gym.

I am also 2 months pp and I have 4 fingers diastatis recti. Honestly it’s messing with my mental health

Sorry to hear, you just had your baby. Remember
