Hiya, little girl is 16 weeks now and her night time sleep is still okay with one night feed around 4/5am, and then back to sleep (only issue is she won't go back into her own bed so we co-sleep after 5am, but that's fine).
The issue I'm having is with day time naps if we're out and about. At home, she will fall asleep on me straight away with no rocking but when we're out and there's people around she will not sleep. She fights it so much, cries because she's tired and then gets really worked up and it's really hard to calm her down.
I'm then finding that when we do get home she's overtired and gets worked up at home too and this afternoon it's taken me an hour to settle her for her nap.
Is this part of the regression? She used to nap anywhere and everywhere now it's either on me in a quiet room, or occasionally in the pram or car (but it takes ages)!

My LG is exactly the same, same age too. She gets herself so so worked up and fights it so much. Even when k do get her to sleep, she’ll only sleep 30-45 minutes. So exhausting! Hoping it’ll pass!
She just napped for an hour and woke up screaming like never before, took me an hour to settle her again 😭 I'm really hoping this is a phase as it's making me not want to go out and do stuff so that she can always be at home for naps

My boy is about the same age and doing the same thing but the opposite way around. Absolutely refusing to nap at home but on a walk he’ll nap properly

it’s defo a phase!! ( i hope ) my LB is also 16 weeks and nap times are just off, sometimes he will have 3 1.5 hour naps in a day, sometimes he has 3 20 min naps in a day, and they aren’t at the same time anymore either, and he’s waking up an extra time during the night!! i think it’s the regression too
