Daily routine

He’s awake for the day around 7:30-8am. We hang out chatting in bed for 5 mins usually, downstairs in the bouncer and watches me make coffee, tidy, potter around etc.
Feed him and then play time on the mat before first nap 9/9:30 for 45 mins ish in the cot (trying our best)
Wake, feed and big plays on the mat practising rolling, reading books, singing etc, then a walk for the 2nd nap in the pram rain or shine.
Wake, feed, play, nap twice more before waking from the last nap, formula bottle, bouncer whilst I cook and eat dinner and of course sing and dance whilst I do it to entertain haha and then play mat time, bath, bf to sleep for 9/9:30pm.
Thursdays we have 2nd wake window baby group and weekends we are usually out and about for the day, I work Mondays so this is our chill midweek routine when it’s just us xx

The days where my 3.5 year old is with us are massively based around keeping him entertained, so lots of play groups, park trips ect, poor baby just has to tag along 😂 The days my eldest is at preschool honestly I’m just recovering from parenting so sometimes I’ll have a mooch around the shops while lo sleeps, then we just hang out at home I will try and get some house work done while he chills on his play mat. Then lots of breastfeeding and contact naps 🙈
