Hey y’all, I’m having a really hard time when I have to drop my baby off to go to work. And I’m missing her all day, sometimes I can barely concentrate. Just posting because I know you guys will understand.

Learn more about our guidelines. It can be so hard 😞 I wish the feeling went away, but it hasn’t gone away completely; I still miss my girl all day and she’s 2.5. I will say, it makes me happy to know she’s having fun and engaging with other adults and children.
Just know, you’re not alone! It will hopefully get a little easier with time.
How old?? I can't imagine. Although mine is 3 yo I still can't imagine when I have to leave them at kindergarten in the new year. Xx
@Bailey thank you for your response. That is a good point about engaging with others. Definitely want her to be social and have lots of connections. Just wish I could be there experiencing her connections as well 🥺 but she also has to grow her independence I guess. Thanks again.
@Lav she is 9 months. That’s amazing you’re at 3 years! I feel like I will feel less guilty when she goes to school because it’s something she has to do where we both have to go somewhere. But I’m sure as it gets closer I may be in the same boat again lol 😅 I wish you luck and calmness as you make your transition as well 💕
I still cry almost everyday when I drop off my 20month old 3 days a week at daycare! He’s been going for 7 months
@Danielle I’m with you. It’s like half my heart is somewhere else. And we’ll never get that time back.
