Metanium ointment has beena lifesaver and now they've discontinued it right at the time of a flare up 😫 what's the best alternatives? Help!!

@Sara even as treatment for nappy rash? Or just as a barrier?
I’ve heard sudosalve as a treatment not barrier. Bought but not used yet. Also gutted as bepanthen doesn’t work for us
So that explains why people are going mad for it on Vinted selling it for £20+ and people are buying it x

We found aqueous cream really good My son had bad nappy rash kind of like a burn from pampers as a baby and drs gave us that and now I use it for my girl too clears within a day or 2

I’ve read that Bepanthen is comparable, but I haven’t tried it myself
