Toddler mums.. what are we using to get the smell of urine out of carpets!? 😫

I think bicarbonate of soda is good for lifting stubborn smells! Xx

I'm not a toddler mum but I do have 3 nephews and an anxious dog that pees of my carpets all the time 😅 I use baking soda while "fresh" (google how to apply) and later on if the smell sticks, something called Rodalon (I am in Denmark but I think it is an international product, it is a Benzalkonium chloride spray).
If your carpets are removable, it helps to bring them outside to air 😅

I used dettol and shake and vac

Also might be worth getting a spotclean carpet cleaner

I have a bissell spot cleaner that I've been using along with the cleaning product that comes with it but it's honestly not done anything 😞
I've used that pet odour remover before and its good stuff, so I'll give that a try for this! 🤞

White vinegar! I don't have a toddler yet but we have a pet that makes a mess sometimes.

is white vinegar the same as distilled vinegar? 🤣

I haven't tried vinegar specifically on getting urine smell from a carpet as I have hard floors but vinegar is good for removing smells in general so would definitely give that go!

Invest in a spot cleaner! Honestly it's life changing. We've got a vax one and we're always whipping it out
