Hope your little one feels better soon! If you’re breastfeeding - keep on doing it as it will produce antibodies for her to recover. Otherwise - maybe saline drops and calpol.

thank you! I'm not BF anymore unfortunately due to a milk allergy. Should I give her Calpol if she doesn't have a temp? Will it still help? Xx

@Jess Mine has and yes, you can give calpol and also ibuprofen (I got the liquid one like calpol from amazon) to releive cold symptoms. I have used a snot sucker, a spray and also a Snuffle Babe vic rub on her chest and feet xx

thank you so much! She seems fine in herself just has a chesty cough and cold bless her!

Yes! As Ashleigh said 😇 a snot sucker would help clear out mucus. I personally use fridababy saline spray to soften it. All the best mamas! Your little ones will feel better soon. 😊

Calpol for a temp
Saline to aid congestion
I used baby vapour rub on chest and feet
Nothing else as their little bodies need to learn to fight these viruses.
Wishing you and your little one well x

Snot sucker, calpol plug in, saline drops and snuffle babe. X

Saline drops & snot sucker for nose
Calpol plug in the bedroom
Olbas oil in the sink in a steamy bathroom during bath time
Vapour rub on chest & feet. Plus socks over the top of sleepsuit
Wouldn’t use calpol unless temperature as it won’t do anything for a cough.
Expect sleep to be disrupted but it’ll soon pass 😀
