Looking for some household items I can get my 5 month old to play with. We’ve done spaghetti, she got some hoops for a present so I put them in water for her to play with, we play with fabrics etc. anything else please? Xx

A plastic bottle - also fill with water and add little sparkly gems/trinkets
Emergency foil blanket - this was a favourite for a very long time
Plastic jugs
She has so many toys but she has enjoys some of these more haha

Thank you alll so much. Emergency foul blanket has been a hit! Will try the others x

Old pots and pans have been a winner my little one we also have an old umbrella she likes to touch in the pot it's now filled with dangle fabric a great sensory activity with supervision!

I used to do food ones in a tuff tray on the floor. I remember he enjoyed yogurt with different food colourings mixed into paint with his hands and fingers, baked beans, oats blended finely. Just add spoons, pots ect. If you don’t want mess then freezer bags with bits inside works well x
