You can leave it in the fridge for 24h. Although if you have a prep machine, it will only take 2mins to prepare it which makes it super easy to make it when it's needed. It's your choice really

I agree with above. Spoke to the HV off the record and she said it was fine. The concern is people making them up and leaving out for too long so they upped the guidance to as you need it.

Long story short, powder formula is unsterile, you need to mix the powder formula with the boiling water… then cool it down. It is okay to then put in fridge for upto 24hrs aslong as it’s not opened. All it is is bacteria growth, the longer it’s left the more bacteria. All in separate bottles, don’t do a bulk load in a container to make 3/4 bottles.
