Baby pooing after every feed?

Did he have the oral vaccination that they are offered at 8 and 12 weeks? My little girl had hers at 8 weeks and suddenly started pooping after each feed. Apparently it’s common for that to happen so we are expecting it to happen again next week at her 12 week vaccinations
@Rosie yeah he had his at 8 weeks and was fine and just had his 12 week ones this morning so don’t think it could be from that? A little worried that the vaccine hasn’t spent enough time in his tummy as he had a feed soon after and they’re green from the vaccine lol … don’t know if it works like that though x
My little boy is EBF and I was thankful when his poops slowed down to about once a week (apparently normal for EBF babies). He had the 12 week oral vaccination and has been going through 10-15 nappies in a 24 hour period. So it literally made him poop 100x more often 😫
@Christie yess when we were breastfeeding I was worried he wasn’t pooing enough but the doctor said it’s because of how the milk is tailored to them so there’s less ‘junk’ to poop out lol xx
