What to wear under 2.5 tog

I put my little girl in a long sleeve bodysuit underneath her 2.5 tog Tommee Tippee Swaddlebag as per their recommendations. Bedroom also sits around 18-19

I was thinking this. A long a sleeve bodysuit that covers hands and feet with the 2.5 tog

Our room sits around 19 to 20 degrees and my little boy is in a vest, baby grow and a 1 tog love to dream swaddle. I've followed the tog and room temperatures as per the website x

Sorry when I said bodysuit I mean long sleeve vest like the picture not a sleepsuit

how about if the room temp sometimes drops to below 16 at night? 🤷🏽‍♀️

I live in a new build and the upstairs is always warm, it’s never dropped below 16 (day or night) unless I have all my windows open. Plus I also have a Misty the Cloud which tells me the room temp, and acts as a night light guide, so when she wakes for feeding at night, I check the temp. Same for if it gets warmer, I’ll just crack a window open to bring it back down
