I hope this helps someone on their postpartum journey. I urge you to be gentle with yourself and start when you’re ready and not a moment before I started my postpartum journey three months after having my daughter and it took me 10 weeks to get back to my regular size. Even as a personal trainer, this was the scariest part of my career because I wasn’t sure if I was gonna be able to do it. But I think it really changed things for me was blocking out the noise and listening to my body and knowing that whenever I get there will be the perfect time. Ladies, whenever you get there will be the perfect time.

10 weeks? Damn I'm 9 months postpartum and I barely started going to the gym and I am just so impatient 😞 what did you eat?

Goalllls I wish I was there 10 weeks postpartum 🤣 I’m 10 months postpartum and still have 25 pounds to lose lol

Its genetics as well! Beautiful job

same. I have endometriosis too so it's going to be a while for me I think.

You look great!! This is inspiring . I’m 4 months pp and I hate how I look. I’m 65+ heavier than I was pre-pregnancy. I’m struggling taking accountability and finding time. 😥
