Pregnancy is counted from the first day of your last period, not from when you actually conceive, so 4 weeks would be correct. Go off that date for everything unless your midwife/doctor tells you otherwise. And congratulations!

They count pregnancy from the first day of your last period until after the 12 week scan then they’ll give you a more accurate due date but its usually only a few days difference anyway x

Id wait an additional week or so just cause when I went with my first couldn’t see anything and was quite worried but 2 weeks later there was more to see😊 xx
