I am at a loss for what to eat. Please help me get ideas for meals! I don’t have any food allergies, but I feel like I am not getting full with the food ideas they gave me. (For example: Lettuce wrapped burgers or grilled chicken with veggies…)
My OB says I should have no more than 45g of carbs per meal (ideally 30 or less), snacks in between meals should be 15g of carbs or less.
