Has anyones’ baby dropped to one nap?

My little one has only just started sleeping through the night and is clearly getting a better night sleep. However the last three days she has totally skipped the morning nap and has had a huge one in the afternoon. Shes only just turned ten months last weekend. I was reading online that they dont do this till around 1? Should I let her carry on doing this or shall i push for that morning nap?

If it's not affecting her night nap, and she's not cranky and overtired - then go with her natural flow!

Yesterday we were out and despite trying, my little one refused her second nap. She seemed fine and full of energy.

She did bedtime as normal and went to sleep at her usual time, so she managed on one nap 🤞🏽

just go with the flow , my girl last month dropped to 1 nap for a few weeks due to teething then sleep regression started and now she is back to 3 naps .. its the moment when they learn a lot also teething and its a full moon ..

I don't push for naps during the day, we go with his flow. Sometimes it's two and sometimes it's one...don't stress about it as long as they don't get super tired at night :)

Mine has been doing 1 nap most days for over a month. Pushing for a second nap was getting us both stressed and making bedtime so late by the time she was going down. I do think she's overtired by bed tbh but she sleeps 12 to 13 hours overnight so I assume she's catching up on her sleep then...

We’ve had just the one nap on a couple of occasions but it is getting harder to fit the second nap in. She has at least 3 hour wake window then sleeps for 2 hour ins the mornings usually so it can be 12.30 before she’s awake and after 4pm or even 4.30pm when she’s tired again. I think we’ll be transitioning to one nap soonish and just have an earlier bedtime of 6/6.15 for a while until she adjusts. That’s what we did when we went from 3 to 2

My daughter has been having one nap around lunchtime then a quick nap around 6pm but it doesn’t affect bedtime at all she’s down in bed for 8pm. I work nights so bedtime is slightly later on my work nights but she sleeps 12hours at night. Every day is different and she will sometimes sleep two naps but others can just be 1 I just go with the flow and she sleeps absolutely fine with no signs of being overtired
