I can confirm he 100% isn’t using again as he’s religiously drug tested at work and they Sack anyone who has positive tests, on the spot 🙌🏻

It’s hard for him to see that you only have the best intentions for him. Carrying on with this method of conversation is just gonna escalate the situation. Set some boundaries on what you deem as acceptable/unacceptable behaviour. And try having the conversations when the mood is better set. Hope you both find a way through. You obviously care very much for him.
