Soggy pancakes! Are these safe for baby to eat?

Lord knows what I’m doing wrong- but sometimes the pancakes I make are still wet when I open them up!!! I swear I follow the recipe to a T but this happens and I have no idea why! Is it safe for baby to eat these? And are there any tips to perfect them so they are not wet/soggy!!! Calling all perfect pancake makers- please please help me!!!! X

What recipe are you using? You might need to loosen up the batter slightly. Or reduce the heat and let it cook slowly. Once the bubbles appear, flip over.
I also make pancakes with oats, banana and 1 egg. They’re always thicker so I do the low and slow method, but put the lid on the frying pan too.

Also, I think they’re safe even if a bit wet!

My recipe is from here: avacado and bangan pancakes

I use this multi egg cooking pan- so I can have 8 cooking at the same time in exactly circles

Lower heat, and slower x
This is the oat pancake that I make. I use a spare protein scoop to measure the oats 😂

That looks like a lovely recipe. Someone else has commented on the texture so it’s probably just the banana or other ingredients making it wetter and should be fine.
Pop the lid on when cooking to help it cook more evenly as the steam will created inside the pan will help to cook it through. Going to try this one next time x
