First time mom here. We are currently in the process of trying to sleep train our little girl pick up put down method. She usually goes down between 7:20-7:30 I fed her rocked her a little then placed her in bed sleepy but awake waited 10-15mins she was eating her hands so she was still hungry I fed her again. Did the same thing rocked her and placed her in bed and she has been up for 3hr and 30 mins. At what point should I just go in and help her to sleep? Is there a certain time limit. I’m so new to this. She also isn’t one to cry she just coos and moves her limbs around. Sometimes she fusses a little but hardly ever.
6:30-7am wake for the day
2hr Wake Window
Nap 1 - 9 am 1hr30min
2hr15min wake window
Nap 2 - 12:40ish 1hr30min
2hr15 min wake window
Nap 3 - 4:30ish 30 min nap
2hr30min wake window
7-7:30 bedtime
Bedtime can vary a little as she’s a cat Napper (still only naps 30mins in crib) then we do a contact nap for the rest of the nap.

she might be getting more energy & not wanting as many naps. my 5m only will take 1 maybe 2 a day if i’m lucky but he sleeps from 7pm-7/8 am every night. i would try keeping her up during her first nap, just a little at a time might work best

I would advise moving feeding 30 mins before sleep, make sure she is fully awake going down, and then offering soothing if and when it’s needed. She is going to be reliant of feeding still if you feed her so close to sleep meaning training will be harder / not work the way you hope it to work.

We have tried that and she won’t eat 30 mins before bed.

she will get used to it if you spread out her feeding slightly different in the day - feed after nap not straight before.

We feed her right after a nap but then she’s hungry before her nap and wakes due to hunger

So we feed her a little before her nap to help

So in that case I would advise a feed 40 min before nap time so it’s not interfering with the training. Sure it’s close to when she last fed but you don’t want her feeding right before sleep if you are sleep training, as it will still be a sleep prop. Like I mentioned, she needs to go down wide awake into her crib each time, not drowsy after some milk/rocking. You timing looks good, if anything your wake windows may need a small tweak. Are you training for naps too? If not, that will hinder her ability at night.
