New year, new changes🔔

Had a great time reconnecting and saw a glimpse of the mom she wants was when I was a young kid and that was short lived. She went back to pain doctors and was nodding off in front of my daughter on what’s app! She said she was tired, because her kidney was low on sodium. But I heard her crushing pills. Then she goes to say that wasn’t pain meds it was her natural meds from the natural doctor she was crushing because he said she could do that. I drew a hard line let her know we will be in her life and are there for her when she is ready to get clean but my 12 year old does not need to see someone nodd off. She was a normal mom for a bit so I am thankful for that. But got to protect my kids. 2025 needs to be focused on Allah (swt), Husband , kids and self love 💕 PERIOD..

Thanks it’s for the best. Part of me wishes I didn’t see the mom I had when I once had when I was little and she was healthier because I couldn’t remember who she was and that was better then what’s going on now. Damn 😩. It was better left blocked the memory of a healthy mom then get a glimpse and back to this
