We have lived in 3 different rentals since my daughter was born 2 years ago

We live in a high COL area. When I got pregnant with my daughter we were living in a 1 bedroom apartment that wanted 2 months rent to cancel the lease. So we waited it out. Spent her first 5 months of life there and then moved to a 2 bedroom. After 14 months there, we moved again to a single family home in anticipation of getting pregnant again. Good news: we are pregnant and expecting a baby over summer. Bad news: this rental has a load of problems including no central AC and poor circuitry making portable ACs nearly impossible. My husband thinks we should use this to get out of the lease before the second baby comes. I know it will be worth it if we can find a nice place but I am just SO tired of moving. At this point every place just feels like a long term Airbnb. Except that we have to bring everything. Anyone else going through frequent moves with a young family?
