Detention

Does anyone else get really frustrated when their high-schooler gets detention for being late to school when it’s actually my fault? Like this morning I didn’t de-ice my car early enough and she was late. She was totally ready to go and be there on time but my car is my responsibility but she still got in trouble. Frustrates me a bit 🙄🙄
