Bromley housing portal?

Does anyone know how the portal works? I’ve bid on a property and was told on Thursday I’m 1st although it could change and to call back on Tuesday. My anxiety is all time high and I decided to find out if still 1st or if that’s changed at any point and no one is answering the phones at all. The bidding cycle closes at 4 this afternoon does anyone know if it’ll update on its own to day if I’ve got it or if been offered to someone els?
