Wnet to another doctor who has upped setraline from 100mg to 150mg also have hrt patches I have irregular periods when should I start them also has anyone upped setraline before and how are they now x

OK, ta. You can start your patches at any time, because your periods are irregular.

Make sure the patch you put on for the next two weeks are the ones with oestrogen only.

Then use the others (which also contain progestogen).

Be patient and consistent - put a reminder in your phone/ on your calendar when to change your patches...

It can take a little while for things to settle down, and you should give things around three months before discussing with your prescriber 🙂🩷

Period late

Could I be going through menopause at 26? I missed a period 2 months ago then had one the next month this month no period yet just feeling crampy and like my periods going to come but nothing yet, sleepy as Heck! Sore breast I took a test but was negative then a couple of days later I wound up spotting for a little then it stopped thought it was my period but nothing do you guys think it’s pregnancy or menopause my hormones have been sooooo off since my 2nd daughter which was a year and a half ago they never went back normal
