10 month baby twirling feet a lot

My 10 month old is twirling her feet constantly and hands sometimes, she does this mostly when she’s excited or upset. She’s been doing this since she was about 6 months old. But the feet are constantly twirling. I don’t know whether I should be worried or it’s a normal thing. Did anyone’s baby do this?
