BF and ovulating
If you’re BF roughly when do you ovulate? I want to have another baby but my periods are hit and miss. I have ovulation sticks but I don’t want to take one a day? So when would be a rough time to go by?

It completely depends on the person and their cycle regardless of breastfeeding.
if my periods have come and go though can I go by my usual cycle? Match it to the previous month?
Not necessarily. Could try do the ovulation test from the time you think and go from there.
