I’ve 1 stone 2 to go - but want to lose 2 stone as I was already heavier when I fell pregnant🤰🏼

Hey! I'm currently on a weight loss journey, I've lost 13lbs in the last 9 weeks (gaining 3lbs over Christmas) and that was by walking 6k steps a day and being in a slight calorie deficit, think close to 2000 calories daily. I'm averaging around 1.5lbs loss a week.

I’m not snacking like previously. I log what I eat. I’m now in a calorie deficit. I do home weights and I jog when I can.
I’d like to lose 2 stone. I hope I can. Whilst pregnant I piled it on. I’m 43 now and it’s not as easy to lose as when I was younger.

I need to find ways to exercise with baby as childcare is an issue. I've joined a Sweaty Mumma class which was great although I'm finding it a bit of a struggle now baby wants to be on his feet! I should watch what I eat but I spend more time planning his food than my own so often end up with less healthy options for me 🤦♀️
