My Flo app says period is one day late , cycles are like clockwork , took a pregnancy test fmu , and it’s negative what do I do ?

There could be many reasons why your period is late that doesn't necessarily mean your pregnant. It could be stress, it could be diet, it could be environmental. With my little girl I havd 1 period that was 14 days late and have all negative pregnancy tests. Next missed period was 5 days late when I tested positive. I now know that 14 days late was an implantation bleed. There's many reason for late period but don't be disheartened
