Back story;

I’m watching this YouTube video and they’re doing a segment on this cringe woman/mother (Nika Diwa)

Her daughter finds her sex toy…rather than turning the camera off (heck setting down) and taking her adult toy out of her child’s hand….it becomes this “let’s make the most out of this situation and publicly share it”

Listen, kids find things because they go through our shit all the time 😂 but I guess I found the video odd as she continues to converse with the child who’s holding the toy. and she posted it on the internet for strangers and creeps to enjoy seeing her BABY holding this adult toy.

So…back to my question (without judgement): has your child found any kind of adult item (lingerie, videos, lotion, oils, toys, games, ect) of yours?

They aren’t allowed in our bedroom. So no.

No. If my son can get to something he will find it. Regardless of what it is if I don't want him to get to something it needs to be behind as many layers of protection as possible.

Side note: that is not a situation that needs to be publicized. Very strange.

No, but my husband accidentally left a box of condoms in the living room one night that my 2 year old found. He grabbed a stack of condoms and was telling us it was dollars..

I was playing hide and seek at my kids uncle house and they went to play in their parents bedroom.
They opened up a drawer with all the condoms and they said “balloons cool!”
I quickly redirected them and said maybe we should play elsewhere and stick to you guys room.

She grabbed lube the other day and tried to open it when I took it she said “give me back my lotion I’m crusty!” She almost grabbed my vibrator and my husband and I just looked at each other with big eyes like who’s gonna stop her!? She ended up just grabbing the charger though lol

No, I don’t have things like that around to be “found” however my son found my box of tampons and taken the, out the box and threw it all over the bedroom and opened and bit one.. luckily their 100% organic cotton and no applicator but still!

If you think your children haven't, it's only a matter of time before they do and you won't know it. Keep your stuff locked up, up high.

Yes she has. Id thrown my rabbit on the bed out the way after cleaning. Totally forgot about. We went in the bedroom later that day and she got there first. I walked into the room she was sat on the bed holding it going "look mummy, pink banana!" It was clean and I just laughed and put it away, she was barely 2 so I doubt she even remembers 😂

I don’t have things that look inappropriate I just brought a rose yesterday at an event and Before that I had a bullet I have dice and a gag ball but my kids are pretty young they’re not usually in my room without me and are told to not go into my drawers regularly not even for that but just to not have my stuff all over the floor S room- so they typically don’t .. we also have position books with nude images in our living room area on the highest level of our book shelf and that part of our home is separated with a baby gate so no not at this age they haven’t . & my lingerie isn’t again anything inappropriate like that aside from that I’m always naked at home anyhow at the moment 🫠

My friend is over from another country but I don't feel like leaving the house

One of my old friend's is visiting where I currently live and we agreed to meet up today but I feel so tired and exhausted from everything that's been going on with me. I feel if I meet her I'm going to end up having another breakdown from the exhaustion which I have been having often. I'm just thinking about how I need to rest to be able to deal with my toddler and go back to work on Monday without feeling like I need another weekend. I'm torn on what to do so I need you guys to help me decide

Post partum dad

I have a 2 month old. A few weeks ago my husband crashed out because he didn't feel like he was getting to bond with her. I started exclusively breastfeeding around that time and honestly didnt see the big deal. Baby and I left for a few days and when we got back home, everything was fine. He was extremely hands-on. He helped with my meals, her bedtime, bath, stories.....for a few weeks it was great. Then he randomly sounds depressed af. He says our lo is better off without him, he wants to sleep all day , he asks me not to watch tv then tried playing a video game. He refused to reply to me when i asked any follow-up questions. Then he woke up our baby trying to race me to the bathroom first thing in the morning . He's doing a weird mix of crying, trying, and giving up. Im starting to feel like I cant handle him not being able to handle life with baby and just want to be alone. Are there resources for men?

Weaning

Hello mamas, could I get some advice please with how and what to wean as started this week with my baby but not really what to give and when what time day. Have started with puree vegetables and making them myself and offering it in the evening to my baby but she tends to get irritated and tired and has a few spoonfulls and then gives up and has a meltdown. So I’m questioning myself am I feeding her wrong time of day and what’s best to mix the food with milk or baby rice please.

Do I need to pay anything when my child starts school in September

I'm a new mum and obviously didn't grow up in the uk. I currently pay roughly £640 for nursery fees. I'm wondering if my expenses will reduce when my LO starts school or there'll be other expenses (besides bags, uniform etc) will my expenses be anywhere close to £600 monthly?

People telling you your baby is hungry..

I know people don’t always mean it in a bad way and are trying to relate, but when people say my baby is hungry when chewing his hands. I feed him regularly. He eats pretty much every 2 hours. He isn’t hungry, he just loves chewing and exploring his hands. Or they say something about teething, which it is also not, as he isn’t unsettled with it. I have looked into it myself and can be common and neither of those things! He has done it most of the day since 2 months old.
