Just found out I’m 9 weeks pregnant and in this pregnancy I’m suffering with nausea - got away with it in my first 🤢
Anything unusual that people drank/ate?
Thank you

Definitely get some ginger nut biscuits. Every time I felt nauseous I snacked on a ginger nut and it went away x
ginger isn’t working for me 🫠

For me rich tea biscuits, jelly, ice lollies. Appetite came back but could only stomach cheese and cucumber sandwiches

If you have HG there's an incredible medication called Xonvia you can ask your GP for. I had HG with my daughter and that medication saved my life. If it's not HG and just regular pregnancy nausea then it usually subsides by the second trimester. Things like ginger etc didn't work at all for me either so other than medication there's not likely much you can do apart from eating bland foods and riding it out unfortunately x

Sour fizzy sweets helped me a lot especially in work
