Hi, I’m currently trying to lose weight but struggling, ive started the 16:8 diet and ive done soo well and lost almost a stone. My bmi is currently 35.6 - However the past day or so I’m finding it SOO hard to stick to a diet. I need to lose weight for my children, I can’t play with them but how do I beat cravings, I’m really good until I have to cook meals outside my eating window
