I donāt think it makes her less special, I donāt even see Aurora as a princess name in the first place. Name baby number 4 whatever you want, no one can tell you what āthemeā you should have. Did your 2 boys have matching themed names? xx
up to you but Anastasia is a lovely name imo!
I donāt think it would make her less special at all. I assume your boys arenāt named after princes or princesses so their logic is already a bit flawed š If you love a princess name for her then absolutely go for it, but donāt feel like you have to just because a few people said you should x
My little princess would say definitely name her Belle š
Your baby, your choice. To me Aurora isnāt a princess name, itās the Northern Lights/Aurora Borealis. Would you then feel the need to name your other daughter after other solar activity?
Belle (my favourite princess) or Jasmine would be nice
I donāt think it matters! I think if there is another name you like, you can still tell her why you like it and why it was special. Plus Aurora isnāt just a āprincessā name. However, Odette is a beautiful name (Swan Princess). But donāt force the theme, find what you love
I donāt think you have to go with another princess name. Not everybody will even associate Aurora with a Disney princess.
@Aimee my boys are both named after people from our favourite show so they sort of follow a theme
@Brielle ooh I like Odette thank you
I'm stuck between two names one is a princess name the other isn't so trying to help myself make up my mind
I love the idea both girls are princess names bc theyāre both your little princesses but I think thatās just me being so girly since having my daughterš
@Steph Iām sorry but this comment made me howl!!!
Ariella sounds nice with Aurora it sounds princessy too. Weāve got an Isabella she gets called Belle but I donāt think itās harsh to not name her after a princess

@Tasha I agree with Tasha. Ariella would be a perfect name to go with her sister Aurora
I like Merida. I watched Brave today 𤣠Ariel and Raya are cute too.. Ariel and Aurora would be my pick I think
@Rachelle thatās so funny me and my son watched brave today too! š»
@amy I certainly did not.
You could Nala she is technically a princess if Sunna is the future (a prince)
Irenee is the princess in black cauldron, Alura is the princess on Voltron, Brea is from Dark Crystal, Aura,
Totally curious what the boys names are and the names you're considering because I think the flow of the sames has a big impact too
I would say yes, but that's cuz my girl also has a Disney princess name
Yes to Odette! š¦¢
Aww I would go with another princess /disney name. Belle, Jasmine and Alice are my favourites.
Yah I feel like Aurora although a princess also a light phenomenon and a beautiful one at that and means Dawn ..maybe keep the same theme by doing something that coordinates with her big sister so that they are always connected and together (I think thats just as special as the princess connection) .. what about Soleil, Stella, Skye, Aurelia, Avalon (What about Snow- a princess and a nature name like Aurora) But other princess names I do love: Odette (swan princess), Briar Rose (love that one sister is Rory and another could be Rose), Merida
@Steph thanks. I named her after the princess not the lights. So that's why I wouldn't consider something else like nova or sky
@Kirstin my boys are Henry and Abraham. We like Delilah for this new baby if we don't go for a princess name
@Jordan thank you. I wanted to call her bria but my aurora said that's her other name so I can't use it š the same with rose as my little girl is aurora rose
Belle, Jasmine or Anna

@Hannah I think Delilah is beautiful but as a mum to a Delilah I'm bias
@Hannah thats so fair!!! It is totally her name and she should have that for herself! Aurora Rose is a beautiful name. I do love Delilah with Aurora alot they seem like equal in vibe and sound. What about Adella, Avaluna, Fawn, Diana, Esme??? So classic and elegant and timeless
