Audiologist in UK
Our health visitor put a referral in for an audiologist for our two year old. She said there was a huge wait list.
Does anybody have any more info on this? Or anywhere I could pay to take him for a hearing test?

@Devon ah thank you. We are Manchester. 3/4 months doesn’t sound too bad!
Both my two and three year old were refered last January 24 and had their appts in nov 24. Didn’t get the results they needed so we’re currently back on list waiting till they’re a little bit older. Theirs a number of factors that determine where you are in list, if you have any concerns bring them to your hv, they should be able to chase.
@Tegan oh that’s a really long wait! Our concerns mainly lie with him not always responding to his name, but mostly does so I can’t imagine we will be high on that list 😩
I'm in Hampshire and waited about 3 or 4 months for the first hearing test
