It's advised a child 5 and under shouldn't be in a hot tube over 35 degrees but it's up to the parent I guess

When I was younger around 13 at my friends birthday party one od the boys got stuck on the sucker part of a hot tub always be wary ever since
Personally yes obviously with close adult supervision and no warmer than 38° but I’m not sure of the dangers myself x
