UTI's/Kidney Stones in toddler

My daughter has been pretty much constantly unwell for the last 4 months (hand, foot and mouth, chest infections, UTI's). Her most recent urine sample came back showing calcium crystals which led to diagnosis of kidney stones. The receptionist who gave me this information was completely dismissive and baiscally said to call back if symtoms get any worse. Now I've processed the information I have many questions so will call the surgery tomorrow and request to speak to the GP but just wondered if any one else's toddlers have been diagnosed with anything like this or if anyone has any advice? Thanks!
