Is it too early to start sleep training with my LO who is 3 months & 5 days?
Is it also still normal at this age for them to only sleep on me or my partner during the day/evening still? I thought by now I could lay him down for naps but within a few minutes wakes up 🙄 will he be like this always because 3 months of this now is a little frustrating!

I would advice to start sleep training between 4 and 6 months as this is when they are developmentally able to self soothe depending on the sleep training method you choose.

Hang in there mummy

Ours has started waking up a lot during naps if they’re not on us, it’s usually to do with them not being able to link the sleep cycles. Quite often I’m able to get him back down with some gentle bum taps and forehead strokes, could be worth a try? It’s definitely frustrating!

Ive sleep trained both mine. my 2 month old sleeps from 8 till roughly 4-5 has a bottle then back to sleep till about 8ish in the morning i do the same thing evey night bath bottle bed and it works a treat :))

My first struggled with sleep, needed contact naps and multiple attempts to put down to sleep, some babies just struggle. My second is better he can be put down for a bit and sleeps better at night than my first ever did
