Feeling deflated

Started getting contractions last night around every 10-20 mins but throughout the night they slowed down and it’s more like this 😩 anyone else had this? I’m 40+1! I also had a sweep on Thursday and was told I’m 2cm

Try not to be so hard on yourself. You’re only 1 day overdue 😊 A due date is a very rough estimate of when your baby will come so it’s pretty normal to go past your due date. Your body is clearly getting there and doing something so it should be soon 🤞

This happened to me with my first. I had almost regular contractions throughout the night, went to triage to be admitted and they stopped completely but because my waters had already broken they kept me in to avoid infection. Then again the second night, they started again and got more and more frequent and I gave birth the following morning. Hang in there, it will happen soon x

Sorry to say, this has been my reality for the last 13 days. Currently 39+2 and only 3cm dilated!

Did you not know your waters had broken before you went in?

yea I knew, they broke the first night my contractions started. That’s why they kept me in at triage x

Pregnancy after c section

What time scale did everyone get pregnant again after a c section?
I know the doc said they recommend eating at least a year to 18 months but it took 4 years to get pregnant the first time after being told we could not conceive naturally so not wanting to stop it happening knowing it could take a very long time again but also worried.

Hospital bag (UK)

What did everyone pack for their section? I'm staying in for 3 days due to mental health, not really sure what I'll need to bring, feeling very nervous. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Eid celebrations?

Is it normal to celebrate Eid by drinking alcohol and partying non stop … doesn’t that just go against the whole month of Ramadan im so confused

Pregnancy nose 😭🤣

I thought it was a myth but when I look back at pictures of me pregnant with my first child, my nose literally swelled up so big it was ridiculous 🤣

Please tell me other people have had pregnancy nose or at least heard of it hahahah dreading it this time around

Little girl turning herself sideways in next to me

My little girl tonight, has spun herself so she is lying sideways in her next to me, making me panic!

Is this normal at 4.5 months, do I just lie her back normally/vertically?

Labour??

I’ve had on/off mild period cramps since 9 last night, very irregular and very mild, but I just had one that woke me up. My waters haven’t gone and nor has my mucous plug… but could this be a sign that it’s close?! I’m 40+3 and desperate to meet her!
