I’m wondering if I’ll ever feel like the old me again. I used to not eat all day and have to remind myself to eat dinner. Now all I hear is food noise. I know not eating isn’t healthy btw. But say I lose 50lbs. Will the noise go away? Or Will I just be hungry forever? Will it be less?

I think it depends on what is causing your food noise. I feel like I have had food noise for my whole life. I'm currently using tirzepatide to lose weight and it's probably the first time I've ever really felt like it's been silenced. I'm not at my goal weight yet, but I've made a lot of friends on this journey that have gotten there and the telehealth company that I use offers microdosing. Microdosing helps people keep food noise turned off and maintain their goal weight. People also use it for cardiovascular benefits, keeping inflammation down, and more. Not many places offer the microdosing option. Feel free to message me if you want to talk more. ❤️

You don’t have to starve yourself to lose weight just need to make healthier daily choices, be more active and self discipline, but once you train your habits to eating better foods, and in smaller portions, you train your stomach to always eat that amount and it gets used to it, and whatever lifestyle and food choices helped you lose weight in the first place, it’s easy to keep up at that point because it’s not a “diet” it’s a lifestyle, it’s now ingrained in your every day. I’m still intermittent fasting but I take the 90/10 route meaning that the one day the girls want to go for late night dessert after karaoke we go, and I can enjoy w no guilt even though other days I fast from 8pm etc. I still allow myself grace days and cheat meals and not feel guilty about it because I’ve been good for 6 out of the 7 days. I love food, I’m a huge foodie. But I’m picky with what I love. If it doesn’t sustain me and just fill me up I don’t eat it. I don’t love maccas but I love tacos and sushi etc
never had it in my life until the past 2 years postpartum. Very new experience to me. Food used to make me nauseous before 8pm lol.

There could be a possible medical condition in that case. I would go see your doctor to have some blood work done and check thyroid and A1C. ❤️
ha no I just got super fat from pregnancy and breastfeeding. My super fast metabolism slowed way down and I gained 65lbs. Spent the last two years just eating my feelings and now I’m trying to stop and it’s hard.

Well you are not alone there because SAME 🙋♀️🙋♀️ Well I don't think I ever had a super fast metabolism lol, but pregnancy and baby definitely packed on the pounds for me. My baby just turned 1 and I'm still not at pre-pregnancy weight, but I'm making progress with my GLP-1. Feel free to message me for support or if you want to try what I'm doing. I have a lot of good resources that I've made on my journey. 🤗 I will help you however I can.
