My house is so cold at night it’s a really old house, so I do put on a fleece sleep suit underneath , as when I put on a lighter normal one he wakes lol it’s so hard to know
Vest and sleepsuit or pjs.
Our room temp would be the same at around 16-18.
thank you I’m just afraid of over heating but I know I done this with my other children
For 16-17 I do a long sleeve vest and a onesie, if its getting to 18 I might swap to a short sleeve vest or footless pjs
